ROADMAP REVIEW SESSION
Revisit the plan, recognise what has changed and decide what comes next

Your business will not be in exactly the same place six or twelve months after completing your Growth Roadmap.

Some actions will have been completed. Others may no longer be relevant. New opportunities may have appeared, priorities may have changed and the business itself may have developed.

The Growth Roadmap Review Session gives us dedicated time to revisit your original Roadmap and look at where the business is now.
​
Over two to three hours, we work through the document together, review what has happened since your original session and decide what deserves your attention next.

We will look at:

which original actions are still relevant

new challenges or opportunities

where your priorities now sit

what the next stage of your growth plan should look like
Following the session, I will update your Roadmap report to reflect what we have agreed and include any additional links, introductions or resources identified during our discussion.
This is not about starting again. It is about making sure the plan continues to reflect the business you have today and where you want to take it next.
