Knowing what you need to do and consistently doing it are two very different things.
Growth Accountability gives you regular dedicated time to review progress, work through anything that has changed and make sure the priorities you agreed do not disappear underneath the day-to-day running of the business.

This is practical business accountability rather than simply checking whether you completed a to-do list.
​
We look at what has happened since we last spoke, what is working, what has stalled, what needs to change and where your attention should go next.
​
It can be particularly useful after a Growth Roadmap, but you do not need to have completed a Roadmap to work with me on an accountability basis.
Investment
Monthly Growth Accountability
One 60-minute session each month to review progress, decisions, priorities and actions.
£150 + VAT per month
Minimum three-month commitment.

Growth Accountability Package
A 60-minute session at the beginning of the month, followed by a 30-minute check-in midway through the month.
This gives you more regular support and makes it much harder for a full month to disappear before you realise the actions have slipped.
£215 + VAT per month
Minimum three-month commitment.

The purpose is not to add pressure for the sake of it. It is to keep the work that matters visible and help you continue making progress.
