Business Growth Health Check

The Growth Roadmap is a full-day session where we talk through your business in detail. I will ask you lots of questions, not to catch you out, but to understand you as a business owner, how you work, what you want, what you definitely do not want and what growth should actually look like for you. We will then look at your business, your offers, your marketing, your visibility, your opportunities and the areas that may need more structure or attention. After the session, I take everything away and complete your Growth Roadmap for you.

You will receive a clear record of what we discussed, along with the actions needed to deliver your Growth Roadmap. This gives you structure, direction and a practical plan you can keep coming back to.   From there, it is up to you to add dates to your actions in a timescale that suits you, your capacity and your business. The aim is not to overwhelm you. It is to give you a realistic route forward.

That is absolutely fine. Some people take their Roadmap and run with it, while others want extra support to stay focused and keep moving. We have a monthly Growth Group designed for this exact purpose. We also offer 1-2-1 Power Hours and monthly online accountability packages. Support can be tailored depending on what you need, how you work best and how much accountability you want.

We work with both. Clarity Consultants specialises in service-based businesses, but we also support many product-based businesses with their growth, marketing, visibility and planning.   The best thing to do is have a chat so we can understand what you sell, who you sell to and what kind of growth you are aiming for.

No, definitely not. In fact, most people book because they have lots of ideas, decisions or moving parts and need help making sense of them.   You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan. You just need to be open, honest and ready to look properly at what is working, what is not and what needs to happen next.

The Growth Roadmap can be done in person or online.   For in-person sessions, I will find a booth, room or suitable space near your location, and I will buy the coffees and lunch. If you are based outside the central belt, or outside an area I am already travelling to, there may be a travel charge, but I always try to keep this as manageable as possible.   If travelling does not suit you, we can do the session online. It is worth noting that this can feel like a long day on a screen, so in-person is usually recommended where possible.
