Growth Group + Guest Speaker

Growth Group is designed to help you start the month with clarity, structure and real momentum.

The morning begins with focused business planning, giving you the time and space to look at what needs to happen over the next four weeks. December can be a strange month in business. There is often a mix of finishing client work, planning ahead, trying to switch off and wondering what needs to be ready before January arrives.

This session will help you create a realistic plan for the month, prioritise what actually needs done and make space for the work that will support you going into the new year.

After lunch, we will invite a guest speaker - TBC
