Heather has worked in the Sales, Marketing & Events Industry for 20 years - she started at the bottom working in every department in hospitality in order to understand the mechanics of how business works - allowing her to confidently sell and market them. She has worked across a selection of unique private companies and some of the best large chains in the UK, implementing strategies to ensure growth.
She started Clarity Consultants to support business owners in growing their businesses through the best strategies that work for them. She is a believer that everyone should have access to support, no matter what size they are.
Heather is a Member of Court for the University of the Highlands & Islands, and Vice President for Scottish Women in Business. She also co-owns Growth Summit Events Ltd and Local Business Links.

I have over 20 years of experience in HR, administration and back-office support working with a wide variety of companies including utilities, pharmaceuticals, retail, and food and drink manufacturing.
I’m an advocate for flexible working and support several organisations in their on-going campaigns.
