This month we will have Debbie Shields, Associate Director at Aspen People to talk about 'The Benefits of being on a Board'.  Debbie is a highly experienced recruiter with 10 years of Executive Search experience.  Debbie has a deep, personal interest in the Non-Profit sector and in particular, she possesses a strong commitment to ensuring diversity. She is was president of Scottish Women in Business, Current Chair of the SAY Women charity, and previously a Trustee of the Judy Murray Foundation.
